Competition Teams
Almost Famous strives to provide our dancers, gymnasts, and cheerleaders with the most well rounded education and training available. We have a competitive style and level for all!

Competition Dance
Our studio dance team members range from beginner competitors all the way through those with years of experience. Students develop a strong technical foundation, build strength/flexibility, and work to continue to advance their skills. Each dancer will be invited to participate in one to two routines, compete in three regional competitions, and one Nationals Competition located in Wisconsin Dells.

Competition All Star Dance
Our All Star team members are experienced elite level competitors looking to take it to the next level. These members have a strong technical foundation, and have likely spent several years mastering their performance skills in competitions. This team is try out based and if you are offered a position dancers will be invited to participate in four routines (pom, lyrical, jazz, and hip hop), compete in four All Star USASF sanctioned regionals, and if awarded a bid; Summit Nationals or The Dance Worlds in Florida.

Competition Gymnastics
Our competition Gymnasts start as young as three years old and compete in USTA sanctioned events. This is a great individual sport that allows members to choose the commitment level that suits them best. We offer approximately 7-10 competitions per year (gymnasts can go to as many or as little as wanted), a state competition (gymnasts must compete in at least one regional meet), and if qualified a National meet in June.

Competition Cheer
Our Competition Cheer Teams are a great way to combine your gym and dance skills, while also putting a strong focus on teamwork and personal growth. Students work on combing tumbling, stunting, and dance. This team competes in 3 regional competitions per year and The Grand Finals in Chicago in May.
